  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our 319-area-code number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

4. Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. CyHawk Solutions and mobile carriers do not guarantee the delivery of all text messages.

5. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you through the Cy-Hawk platform.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cy-Hawk Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our software or services.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
